- 2 weetabix (protein version)
- 1 scoop protein powder (of choice)
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1/3 cup of ice cubes
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp of honey
Instructions
- Wash and dice the apple, core and dice it.
- Using a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the Weetabix and apple slices first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness and thickness if needed.
- Serve and enjoy immediately, or take it with you on the go!
