- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened )
- 1 scoop of protein powder (130 calories per serving)
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the banana and spinach followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth. Do not over-blend.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
