- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium-sized banana (peeled and diced)
- 1 scoop protein powder (of choice)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3–4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
Instructions
- Prepare and measure the ingredients as instructed in the ingredients list.
- Place all ingredients in the blender.
- Process until smooth. Add a tiny bit more milk if needed to create the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
