Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • pinch of black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes
  • 2 apple slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients as instructed.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients except the apple and drink up immediately!
  3. Once you have drank the detox water, eat the 2 slices of apple.
