- 1 apple (cored and diced)
- 1/4 tsp minced ginger root
- 1 cup of frozen bananas
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- To a blender, add the kale and apple first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until completely smooth.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
