Boost your gut health and detox your liver with this delicious and easy kale blueberry kefir smoothie. The smoothie takes 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh kale (washed)
  • 1 cup unsweetened kefir
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (or oats)
  • 1/3 cup coconut water (or plain water)

Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves off the stems of the kale (if present), and wash the kale well.
  2. Measure your ingredients as listed.
  3. Add the kale and frozen blueberries to your blender or nutribullet first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend for about 3-5 minutes, until you achieve a creamy and smooth consistency.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away. However, you can take it with you on the go too and drink it.
