When To Drink The Kale Blueberry Kefir Smoothie
Personally, I found I got the best out of this kefir drink by drinking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for breakfast.
It made me feel very energized and I somewhat felt it cleansed me better too, if that makes sense.
I tried it in the afternoon once, but it just felt quite heavy on my stomach. So I started drinking it in the morning instead.
To be honest, when you drink it is totally a personal choice, but I do recommend drinking in the morning.
