Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1 cup/150g frozen strawberries
- 200 ml kefir unsweetened
- 1 medium sized banana peeled
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
