- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup kefir (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- Measure the ingredients carefully and set the aside.
- To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the kefir and peanut butter first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- If the blender is struggling, add a couple of tablespoons of water to help the blending.
