- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango
- 1 handful of kale
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Measure the ingredients as listed and set them aside.
- Add the kale and spinach with the peanut butter first to a high-speed blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until completely smooth.
- Pour over ice if you like and enjoy!
