- 1/4 medium to large sized avocado (pitted and peeled)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
- 2 scoops collagen (we used vital proteins unflavored)
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries (or other berries)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened )
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you on the go too.
