This is a super green wheatgrass smoothie made keto-friendly. It's packed full of goodness and superfoods. It's nut-free too!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 tbsp of wheatgrass (we used this one)
  • 1/4 avocado (pitted and skin removed)
  • 1 handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup/250ml of coconut water
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 date (pitted)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
  3. *You can serve it over ice, for extra freshness!
