- 1/2 avocado (pitted and peeled)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Using a high-speed blender, or a Nutribullet, add the frozen blueberries first, followed by the other listed ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy!
