Instructions
- Measure the ingredients as listed.
- To a high-speed blender or a personal blender, add the almond butter, chia seeds, and milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, depending on the type of blender you are using.
- Serve and drink the smoothie immediately.
