Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of wheatgrass powder
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1 date (pitted)

Instructions

  1. Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Only use 1/4.
  2. Using a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the kale, avocado, and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
