- 1 tbsp of wheatgrass powder
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 handful of kale or spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1 date (pitted)
Instructions
- Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Only use 1/4.
- Using a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the kale, avocado, and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
- *You can serve it over ice, for extra freshness!
