Tasty Recipe Variations And Recipe Notes

Wheatgrass works very well with many different ingredients.

However, wheatgrass has a strong taste, which means it’s always best to combine it with other strong-tasting ingredients so that the flavors are balanced.

Some different variations I tested that I think you may like, include:

  1. Don’t Like Avocados? Swap the avocado for a tablespoon of unsweetened nut butter, such as peanut butter.
  2. Not Keto? Add natural sweetness by incorporating 1/2 cup of frozen mango or pineapple.
  3. Increase The Fat Burning Effect: Incorporate a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Ensure it’s ‘with the mother’.
  4. Increase The Protein Content: You can either swap the yogurt for cottage cheese or add 1 scoop of keto protein powder as an additional ingredient.
  5. Add a Refreshing Twist: Add 3-4 slices of cucumber for a refreshing and hydrating twist.
