Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Only use 1/4.
  2. Using a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the kale, avocado, and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.

Some different variations I tested that I think you may like, include:

  1. Don’t Like Avocados? Swap the avocado for a tablespoon of unsweetened nut butter, such as peanut butter.
  2. Not Keto? Add natural sweetness by incorporating 1/2 cup of frozen mango or pineapple. 
  3. Increase The Fat Burning Effect: Incorporate a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Ensure it’s ‘with the mother’.
  4. Increase The Protein Content: You can either swap the yogurt for cottage cheese or add 1 scoop of keto protein powder as an additional ingredient.
