The ingredients used in this homemade detox drink to lose belly fat were carefully selected for the best results.

You will need:

  • Brewed Green Tea
  • Cucumber
  • Pineapple
  • Avocado

To make this detox water, brew the green tea, and let it cool. 
After that, slice up your fresh fruit and veg, and juice 1/2 lime, then combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth!

For the best results, drink this detox smoothie first thing in the morning for 3 days in a row.

However, if you want to ensure that you do lose belly fat, make sure you move more throughout the day, and where possible, reduce the amount you eat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed cooled green tea (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1/3 tsp minced ginger root
  • 23 slices of cucumber
  • 1 lime (juiced)

Instructions

  1. Brew the green tea in 1 cup of warm water, and let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare the ingredients as described in the ingredients list.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, and blitz until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
