Detox Drink To Lose Belly Fat
- 1 Blender We used this one
- 150 ml brewed green tea unsweetened
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 avocado peeled and pitted
- 1/3 tsp minced ginger root
- 2-3 slices of cucumber
- 1 lime juiced
- Brew the green tea in 150 ml water, and let it cool completely.
- Prepare the ingredients as described in the ingredients list.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, and blitz until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
