When you see celebrities drinking lemon water with apple cider vinegar in the morning, and they look slim and healthy, it makes you wonder, should I start drinking lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to lose weight?

The answer is – why not? I mean they get the best dieticians in the world, so if the rich and famous are doing it, they must be onto something!

So, I decided to give it a go. And created this lemon juice apple cider vinegar drink!

Manuka honey is extremely nutritious. We didn’t just choose it without a reason. Yes, manuka honey is expensive, but it’s worth investing in it because it can offer numerous benefits.

Lemon juice and honey is a well-known combination, that can contribute to a lot of benefits. One of the main benefits of this combination is boosted immunity.

Thanks to the great source of B Vitamins that manuka honey has, it can aid weight loss and boost glucose metabolism.

And the way manuka honey can aid detoxing is thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants it contains.

#4.  Cold Water

This is why we used iced cold water for our lemon water with apple cider vinegar drink.

Water contains 0 calories, which is an excellent way to keep this drink low calorie, and actually help you burn more calories whilst it’s processed.

How To Make Detoxing Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon Water

You will need:

  • Apple Cider Vinegar With The Mother
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Manuka Honey (Or regular)
  • Cold Water
  • Cucumber Slices (optional)

We added sliced cucumber to our water for extra freshness, but this is optional. Mix all the ingredients together, and drink ASAP.

When And How Often To Drink Lemon And Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

We drink this apple cider vinegar and lemon juice in the morning for weight loss. 

ACV first thing in the morning can make the detoxing process much easier for your body since you can absorb all the nutrients easier and faster.

The way ACV in the morning helps with weight loss is by boosting your metabolism and reducing hunger.

How Often Should You Drink This ACV Detox Drink?

According to studies, it’s best to consume 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a day, which is roughly one serving of our apple cider vinegar drink.

So, when you wake up, make this drink, drink it on an empty stomach, and that should be it for the day. No need to drink more.

More than once really isn’t necessary, and you don’t want to end up causing harm. Remember, ACV is quite acidic!

Ingredients
