Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of manuka honey (or other honey of choice)
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 250 ml of cold water
  • 56 cubes of ice

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
