Apple Cider Vinegar Honey And Pineapple Juice Recipe Ingredients

Pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar aren’t the only 2 ingredients I used in this beverage.

So, I will break down each ingredient used in this recipe!

#1. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar

The ACV in this recipe might seem straightforward, but as you probably already know, there are so many different types of ACV.

To get the most out of your ACV, always purchase raw, unpasteurized ACV with the mother!

This type of ACV is the best for providing you with the most benefits.

#2. Pineapple Juice

pineapple

Fruit juice is high in sugar. But there are healthier fruit juices you can buy.

So, when you shop for pineapple juice, always choose pineapple juice that is not made from a concentrate, and preferably has the least amount of ingredients once you read the ingredients list.

I recommend Lakewood organic pineapple juice. Lakewood is a brand I love and buy a lot from.

#3. Honey

Honey

Honey, just like ACV has many many different types.

If you can afford it, always buy manuka honey from reputable brands, because manuka honey has got the most benefits.

Also, the sad truth about honey, is that many brands will dilute honey with cheaper syrups

So always invest in good quality honey!

Honey is used in this recipe, not only for taste and added benefits, but honey also cuts through the sourness of ACV. So it creates a balanced drink.

#4. Lemon Juice

Ensure you always use freshly squeezed lemon juice in your recipes and drinks.

Lemon adds a great dose of Vitamin C, but it also cuts through the sweetness of the pineapple, which helps balance your drink.

How To Make Pineapple Juice Apple Cider Vinegar And Honey Recipe

Storing The Drink Correctly

Once you have made this recipe, and in case you have leftovers, or simply want to prep ahead, storing it correctly for longevity is key to maintaining its taste and benefits.

So, to store it properly, once made, seal it tightly in an air-tight container, or use a water bottle. Keep it in the fridge, and consume it within 3 days.

Shake before drinking.
