- 1 medium-sized kiwi (left unpeeled if you don’t mind the skin)
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup of milk (use dairy-free milk if needed)
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the yogurt and kiwi first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and drink immediately.
