- 1 large kiwi fruit
- 2–3 slices of cucumber
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 small handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
Instructions
- Dice the kiwi fruit. Leave the skin on if you don’t mind it, it contains many nutrients.
- Measure the other ingredients and set them aside.
- To a Nutribullet or a high-speed blender, add the spinach and coconut water first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy.
