- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 medium-sized kiwi (diced)
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 2–3 mint leaves
Instructions
- You can peel the skin of the kiwi if you prefer, but I love leaving it on because it contains many nutrients.
- Dice the kiwi, and measure the rest of your ingredients as listed.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, starting with the pineapple first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. It should take 2-3 minutes to achieve the perfect consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
