Indulge in this detox orange and kiwi smoothie with an option to try it 3 different ways. A delicious way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 orange (peeeld and segmented)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp manuka honey (or regular honey)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup of ice

Instructions

  1. If using organic kiwi, leave the skin on. Slice the kiwi in quarters.
  2. Prepare the orange as listed, and measure the rest of your ingredients.
  3. Add the kiwi and orange first to a blender or a Nutribullet, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
  6. *You can serve it over ice, for extra freshness!
