- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp fat-free yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Measure the ingredients as listed and set them aside.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
