Revitalize at the start of your day with our Matcha Power Detox Smoothie. Antioxidant-rich and deliciously healthy!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 tbsp of matcha powder (I used this one)
  • 1/4 of cucumber
  • 1 tbsp of freshly minced ginger
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 cup/110ml of cold water
  • 1 tbsp of detox superfood blend (I used this one (optional))

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber and apple. Trim the apple. Mince the ginger and wash the spinach.
  2. Then add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until completely smooth. About 3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all.
