- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 vanila scoop protein powder
- 1 medium-sized banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients and measure them as listed in the ingredient list.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the banana and protein powder, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
