This breakfast Mango Honey & Almond Smoothie is super refreshing, healthy, and really easy to make. It's dairy-free, gluten-free, and super yummy!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups/300g of sliced mango you can use frozen too
  • 2 cups/400ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp almond meal/almond flour
  • 2 tsp of honey

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. NOTE if you use frozen mango, you may need to add more coconut milk/water!
  2. Pour over ice if you like and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate it and consume it the next day. Just stir it all in.
