- 2 cups/300g of sliced mango you can use frozen too
- 2 cups/400ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp almond meal/almond flour
- 2 tsp of honey
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. NOTE – if you use frozen mango, you may need to add more coconut milk/water!
- Pour over ice if you like and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate it and consume it the next day. Just stir it all in.
