- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk from a carton (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Add the pomegranate seeds and yogurt first to a high-speed blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes until completely smooth.
- Taste, and ensure there are no bits or chunks in the smoothie.
- Serve and enjoy!
