Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and stoned (you can use frozen too)
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (I used strawberries)
  • 1 handful of spinach (washed)
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk (you can use dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of oats (use GF if needed)
  • 1 tsp of honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients as instructed.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the frozen fruit and spinach first.
  3. Blend for 4-5 minutes until smooth!
  4. Serve and drink immediately, or take it with you on the go!

Notes

Can be taken to work, and consumed within 4 hours.
