- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1–2 drops of peppermint extract
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 medium-sized avocado
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple or agave syrup
- 1 handful of small dark chocolate chips (to fold in after blending)
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender or a food processor, add all the ingredients in.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth!
- If using a food processor, you may need to stop a few times to scrape off the sides for an even blend.
- Once the smoothie is blended, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Dollop the blended smoothie onto a bowl and add your favorite toppings!
