Smooth mint smoothie bowl – perfect on a hot day to cool you off. Of course, we had to add chocolate chips, because you cannot beat the mint chocolate chip combo!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/3 cups/200g of frozen banana chunks
  • 1/2 cup/75g of fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of coconut water or just plain water
  • 12 drops of peppermint extract
  • 12 drops of green food colouring (optional)
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Banana Slices
  • Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor, then blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
