This mint chocolate chip smoothie bowl is totally vegan and dairy-free too, making it suitable for any diet really.
But of course, you do have to use vegan chocolate chips, but apart from that, it’s totally vegan.
The only thing that is of the essence in the making of this mint chip smoothie bowl, is that you will need a food processor, or a quality blender, such as a Vitamix. Apart from that, there is no rocket science.
How To Make Mint Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
You will need:
1. Frozen Bananas
2. Fresh Mint (or peppermint extract)
3. Strawberries
4. Green Food Coloring
5. Coconut Water
All you need to do is add all your ingredients to a food processor or a strong blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve and enjoy.
You can add more ingredients to the smoothie bowl. Perhaps you want some protein? Add some protein powder!

Smooth Mint Smoothie Bowl
Equipment
- 1 Food Processor We used this one
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups/200g of frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 cup/75g of fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp of coconut water or just plain water
- 1-2 drops of peppermint extract
- 1-2 drops of green food colouring optional
- Optional Toppings:
- Chocolate Chips
- Banana Slices
- Strawberries
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor, then blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
