Mushrooms are high in plant protein and contain a lot of health benefits. Furthermore, they add a very nice texture to your smoothies, especially creaminess.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 closed cup mushrooms (washed and sliced)
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 small banana (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup/250ml of dairy free milk
  • 1/2 tsp of mushroom powder (we used this one (but this is optional))

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away.
