- 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of coffee powder (instant coffee or a shot of cooled espresso)
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
Instructions
- To a blender, preferably high-speed, add all the ingredients in.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
