Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 teaspoon of mushroom powder
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of coffee powder (instant coffee or a shot of cooled espresso)
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

Instructions

  1. To a blender, preferably high-speed, add all the ingredients in.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
