This oatmeal mango smoothie is perfect for breakfast, or any time of the day for a filling low-calorie snack or a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup of oat milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsps of oats (rolled)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients and set them aside.
  2. Add the oats first to the blender followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
