- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup of oat milk (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsps of oats (rolled)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Measure the ingredients and set them aside.
- Add the oats first to the blender followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
