  • 1 1/2 passionfruit (flesh scooped)
  • 1/2 large orange (peeled and seeds removed)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water (or orange juice)


  1. Slice the passionfruit in half, and scoop out the seeds. Discard the skin.
  2. Slice the orange and segment it. Remove any seeds. Save the other half for another recipe.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen mango first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
