Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 small orange (peeled and seeds removed)
  • 1 handful of spinach (washed)
  • 1 small pear (cored and diced *See notes)
  • 1/4 tsp of ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp of Manuka honey (or regular honey)
  • 1 tbsp of milled linseeds (flaxseeds)
  • 1/21 cup of dairy-free milk (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)

Instructions

  1. Peel the orange and remove the seeds.
  2. Wash the spinach and measure the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the spinach and blitz until smooth.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
