- 1 small orange (peeled and seeds removed)
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1 small pear (cored and diced *See notes)
- 1/4 tsp of ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp of Manuka honey (or regular honey)
- 1 tbsp of milled linseeds (flaxseeds)
- 1/2 – 1 cup of dairy-free milk (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
Instructions
- Peel the orange and remove the seeds.
- Wash the spinach and measure the rest of the ingredients.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the spinach and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
