- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1/3 cup fresh papaya
- 1/2 large apple (cored and diced)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the apple and papaya first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth, depending on the power of your blender.
- Pour into a glass cup, and enjoy!
