- 1 cup of frozen bananas
- 2 passion fruits (flesh scooped out)
- 1/2 frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 tsp good quality vanilla
- 1/2 cup of dairy-free milk or passionfruit juice
Instructions
- Slice the passionfruits in half and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
- To a food processor or a high-speed blender (Nutribullet works too) add the ingredients listed.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Dollop the smoothie to your favorite bowl, add your favorite toppings, and dig in!
