- 1 cup frozen peach slices (or 2 fresh large pitted and diced peaches)
- 1 large apple cut into chunks (any apple you like)
- 1 cup of coconut water (or cold plain water)
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash the apple and core and dice it. If you are using fresh peaches, remove the pits and slice the peaches.
- Add the peaches and oats to a blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, depending on the power of your blending.
- Serve and drink up.
