  • 1 cup frozen peach slices (or 2 fresh large pitted and diced peaches)
  • 1 large apple cut into chunks (any apple you like)
  • 1 cup of coconut water (or cold plain water)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  1. Wash the apple and core and dice it. If you are using fresh peaches, remove the pits and slice the peaches.
  2. Add the peaches and oats to a blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 3-4 minutes, depending on the power of your blending.
  4. Serve and drink up.
