- 1 1/4 cups of frozen mango
- 2 small peaches sliced and pitted
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup of coconut water
Instructions
- Using a food processor or a high-speed blender, add all your ingredients in.
- If using a blender, add the yogurt and peach first.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Dollop the blended smoothie into your favorite bowl and add your desired toppings!
