- 1 large fresh or frozen peach (sliced, pitted)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk (unsweetened )
Instructions
- Prepare and measure your ingredients as instructed.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting first with the frozen fruit, followed by the other ingredients listed.
- Blend until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you on the go too.
