- 1 medium-sized pear
- 1/2 apple (I used gala)
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut milk (low fat)
Instructions
- Slice and core the pear and apple.
- Wash the spinach.
- Using a blender or a Nutribullet, add the frozen banana slices and spinach first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
