Indulge in my dairy-free pear spinach smoothie, a refreshing blend of ripe pears and leafy spinach, perfect for a healthy breakfast or a snack.

  • 1 medium-sized pear
  • 1/2 apple (I used gala)
  • 1 handful of spinach (washed)
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk (low fat)


  1. Slice and core the pear and apple.
  2. Wash the spinach.
  3. Using a blender or a Nutribullet, add the frozen banana slices and spinach first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
