Ingredients

  • 1 peeled medium-sized raw beetroot (or steamed unflavored beetroot)
  • 1 frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp minced ginger root
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup cold water (or coconut milk from a carton)

Instructions

  1. If you are using raw beet, cut the stems off, and peel the skin off. Dice the beet into quarters.
  2. Add all the ingredients starting with the beet and pineapple to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
