- 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 handful of spinach or kale (washed)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the spinach and coconut water first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into a cup filled with ice if you like, and enjoy!
