- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1/2 grapefruit (peeled, seeds removed)
- 1 handful of kale (washed)
- 1 cup of coconut water
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruit, and try to remove as much of the white surroundings as possible, as they are quite bitter.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, starting with the pineapple first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend the smoothie for 2-3 minutes (no longer, otherwise it may get foamy).
- Serve and enjoy!
- *You can serve it over ice, for extra freshness!
