- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of frozen bananas
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 2 tsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 handful of kale (washed)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the kale and pineapple first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
