Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup of frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 tsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful of kale (washed)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add the kale and pineapple first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
