Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp of cashew butter (or sunflower seed butter )
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. I blended mine for about 3 minutes to achieve smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
