- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup spinach (washed)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I used pea protein)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
- To a blender, add the avocado and spinach first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
