- 2 fresh plums (washed and pitted)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 medium-sized ripe banana
- 1 handful of kale (washed)
- 1 cup dairy-free milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Prepare and measure the ingredients listed.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the kale and plums, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. For about 3-5 minutes, until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
