- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1–2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add the ingredients and blend for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness/thickness as needed.
- Pour into your favorite glass cup and sip!
